As the 2026–2027 business year gets underway, the project has reached the final selection stage, during which an Energy Service Company (ESCO) will be appointed to carry out energy-efficiency upgrades across approximately ten sites of the SOFIA Group (Société Financière Atlantic), including stores operating under the Jardiland and Leroy Merlin brands.
The project will combine several energy-performance measures, including HVAC system optimization, LED lighting upgrades, building management systems, and solar photovoltaic installations for on-site consumption.
SOFIAC will directly provide the capital required to implement the selected measures and will monitor their performance over the long term.
